Trainer/Facilitator

I am available to provide employee training in the evenings and on weekends.  I can tailor this training to suit the needs of the organizational mission with site specific materials provided or requested to be included by the organizational.  I can work with managers, supervisors and vendors to ensure training supports organizational goals and needs.

Capabilities

I am an experienced training facilitator with nearly 5,000 contact hours with an average of 8 adult students per hour.  I have provided effective training from highly technical electronics to computer applications to employee safety orientations.  I can help people do their work better.

• Teach widely diverse groups of people to communicate and work together as a team.  

• Develop training to achieve a target knowledge, skill or response.  

• Assist supervisors and human resource personnel to determine training requirements for a any given job description.
