In his preceding employment, Joseph worked for Computer Sciences Parsons (DynPar), LLC at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. As Chief of Engineering Design and Construction SRM he was responsible for $25 million engineering design and $40 million construction programs. His design team won the Computer Sciences Parsons Team of the Quarter, 3rd Quarter 2005. Prior to being Chief of Design, Joseph (then Vice President) led transition from preventive maintenance to reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) employing predictive maintenance technology and applications (infrared, ultrasonic, vibration, oil analyses, motor circuit analysis). The RCM team conducted energy and reliability studies on central heating/cooling and compressed air production facility in support of Lean/Transformation Initiatives. His RCM team won the Computer Sciences Parsons Team of the Quarter, 1st Quarter 2005. As VP and utility engineer/energy manager Joseph managed $30 million utility purchases, $24 million utility resale. He worked with customers and auditors to resolve contract compliance issues and create solutions to the satisfaction of customers and auditors. He assisted in negotiating utility contracts and secured headquarters support to successfully intervene and prevent an electricity rate increase. Joseph was awarded DynPar's 2004 EXCEL Award for Excellence. |
