January 1, 2009 -- Joseph Greenawalt published the 7th annual update. Some have criticized the jegpe.com website as being self-serving and shamefully lacking in humility. Joseph Greenawalt objected, “To be fair, most websites serve their owners in one fashion or another.”
The origin of the website was during a time of a pending layoff from Lockheed Martin following the aftermath of the 9/11 tragedy in 2001. Jegpe.com was created to present the capabilities and experience of its owner for the purposes of gaining re-employment. The jegpe.com logo was created to graphically present the business philosophy that Joseph Greenawalt espouses.
The jegpe.com website now sports over 3000 useful links to other websites and links to sample documents created for various engineering and management activities. The website strongly supports its recurring theme “I can help a little or help a lot. Let’s talk.”
