Excellent customer care is a result of careful planning, training, and customer feedback.  "Customer focus" is difficult for those in support roles.  Achieving customer enthusiasm can be very beneficial in referrals and repeat business.  Negative customer enthusiasm from unplanned customer care achieves the opposite and can quickly and exponentially harm business.  I can help develop a customer care program that generates referrals and repeat business.
