I hope you can share my passion for operations, engineering and management.

I am a facilities engineering and operations management professional with informed concerns for safety, reliability and sustainability.  I have proven my ability to bring the best out of people, to bring people and resources together to solve problems and to accomplish major improvements.  I am energized by helping people to raise their levels of performance. 

I have been honored for excellence many times in my career for such things as successfully managing a $100 million energy program, leading a 160 person civil engineering operation, and administering over 100 concurrent utility and technical service contracts.

My key skills include conflict resolution, customer relations, equipment & asset management, planning & scheduling, and change management.  I have been highly successful in leading turn-a-rounds in service organizations.

Introduction

My greatest source of pride in accomplishment has come from helping others to raise their levels of performance.  I have been recognized with many honors and excellence awards. I hope I can be of service.

Worker/customer safety is my highest priority.  I am proactive and very intent on providing the necessary leadership to get the best out of people and management support to get the best use of resources. 

There is a wealth of information available to help executives avoid sabotaging business operations and community relations.  I am a great fan of the works of authors such as Peter Drucker, Michael LeBeouf, Kenneth Blanchard, Philip Crosby, Aubrey Daniels, Stephen CoveyRichard Sloma, Jim Lundy, Tom Peters, James Belasco, Ron Zemke, Karl Albrecht, Gene Perret, Geoffrey M. Bellman and many others.

I have great experience to relate to nearly any topic in engineering, operations and management.
